I am trying to get the Praxic Refraction core and I just spent 23000 credits on the junk guy and didn't get it so what the hell Bungie? The RNG on this is ridiculous . Just make this a vender purchase for X amount of credits, this gambling mini game is annoying and prohibitively expensive!!!!! You make me hunt all over for this NPC and then take 23K of my credits for nothing in return, come on Bungie, fix this!!!
