Based on what I've been seeing on posts the Returner buff is based on reclamation and ashes and iron? If so.. it looks like Im at 32 for reclamation and 1 for ashes and iron (0xp) ... which puts me not eligible for the buff by 2 levels? Thats WILDLY unfortunate? So.... I guess I wait another 6 months and hope I get one?
