Bungie name changed to redacted, has been fine for years and does not violate any naming policy
My old bungie name used to be 'monkiebacon', which has been fine since Bungie names have been a thing, and doesn't really seem like it is in violation of any of the naming policies.
I logged in to play renegades after a break of a few months to find that my name has been changed with no notification. I cannot seem to change it back, or to anything else. Is there any recourse to this, or am I just stuck as redacted? Can I get bungie support in the loop on this?

Hi there, When a name is reset to 'Redacted####' it means Bungie reviewed a report and determined that the original name violated the Code of Conduct or Bungie Name Policy. As a result, the name was filtered and can no longer be used. If you haven’t already changed your name before, you can try selecting a new one. However, if the system doesn’t allow further changes, there’s unfortunately no way to bypass that restriction.
