As an avid gilder of seasonal event titles I agree this issue has been around since 2 years ago when these issues started to occur. I usually get the gilding done within the first few days of the event dropping, upon gilding the number of gilds does not count. Reported on these issues as soon as it was gilded and not working, usually in the first 48 hours of gilding. Champ, star baker, flamekeeper, and ghost writer seals and titles should have the same number of gilds which is 4 across all events as of this reply. Bungie was notified about this and had time to fix them but never bothered, I know some people care about these little things in terms completionist. I made sure to make it known about the gilding bugs, it is what it is though, I'm just a guy playing a video game 🫡🍻🤜🤛
