I can't claim the solstice shader because it says it requires the rewards pass. But I'm past 102 on the rewards pass and have both top and bottom rows available. I've completed the solstice quest from Eva on all 3 characters and have all armor fully unlocked and imbued. I even just got the Iterative Growth ornament (bottom row) for Third Iteration. I couldn't get that without having the rewards pass.
