Missing Trials of the Nine Shader After Collecting Full Armor Set (Cross Save from PS to PC)
Hello Bungie Support,
I hope you’re doing well.
I know this forum might not be the exact place for this kind of request, but I’m posting here because I couldn’t find any other direct way to contact you regarding my issue.
I previously played Trials of the Nine and successfully collected the entire armor set, but I never received the Trials of the Nine shader that should come with the full set. I’ve checked my Collections tab thoroughly, and the shader is not there.
I also reviewed my history on Trials Report, and it clearly shows that I played Trials of the Nine back when it was active.
Note: I originally played on PlayStation, and later enabled Cross Save to continue playing on PC.
I’d really appreciate it if someone from the team could help me resolve this issue, or at least guide me to the right place to get assistance.

The Trials of the Nine shaders were primarily tied to the flawless chest, with the exception of the Gift of the Nine shader which were a Trials of the Nine engram drop item. With that said the they aren't unlocked in your collection is due to one of two reasons: - You didn't have it in your inventory (on a weapon/armor did not count) at the point Warmind launched. - You didn't reobtain it after Warmind launched but before year 1 ended and Trials of the Nine was removed. In either case, Bungie aren't issuing the shader manually to people and anyone that wants it are stuck waiting until they provide another way to get it, if they ever do. Bungie have [i]once[/i] made Gift of the Nine available again but that was over 6 years ago and there are no known plans for any others at the moment.
