Missing Exotic Cipher from Xur reset
When I reset Xur, I did not receive the Exotic Cipher. My inventory was full from unique destination items I didn't know I recently collected, but it did not go to the postmaster.
I realized this was the case when I went directly to the Monument of Lost Lights to buy an Alethonym, but couldn't.

3 回复Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you didn't receive an exotic cipher after resetting Xur. Please be advised that the maximum exotic ciphers you can hold is five. If you already had five in your inventory, then that would be why you didn't receive another cipher in this instance.
