I have reported blatant CHEATER on the forum and it is not ban-able. How do you need to sanction them?

If you suspect cheating or abuse, report them via the in game tool or If does not work, you can try the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967]Manual Tool[/url] or reporting from your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/GameHistory]game history[/url]. Bungie's SRT does not review forums for reports.
