please stop asserting your opinion as fact. adept shinys are for looks adepts have better stats and adept mods (granting useful things like making firesprites) adept shinys are purely for looks with the functionality of the adept. Its for people like me who would grind it. not for people like you who dont see the use

Nah, adepts don’t really do much. That’s why we’re getting the weapon tier overhaul Adepts give +1 to handling, stability, reload, and handling over non-adepts. Plus that Firesprite mod you’re referring to is for Crafted/Enhanced weapons and not adepts. Adepts only get the +10 stat mods and a few niche picks like Adept Mag. Adepts are only a tiny bit better in PvE to the point that they’re basically pointless.

is a fact that adeps are the same as normal guns, +1 on the stat compared to the normal guns is useless, using a +10 stat it not worth when you have +6+6 , most of the people don't care about look. this is why this game is in a bad place end game rewards being the same as toddler difficulty rewards, '''shiny'' is a good step a lot better compared to adepts Happy to see that bungie is removing the adept system when they add the tier system adept at least tier 5 is better than tier 3

It’s just a shame these cool shiny variants werent int the new tier system. But I guess its cool to just keepsake for now until the new system hits

adepts are tier 3 at best, tier 4 is multiple perks with enhance option, tier 5 is barrel,mag,all multile triple perks and origin trait enhanced, unique shader,unique kill effect + boosted stats, a lot more compared to a simple +1 stats the adepts have now compared to the base guns

no. shinys from the season are useless. you misunderstand the system to begin with. Heresy loot was useless. a normal shiny and an adept shiny are the exact same. just looks. dungeon loot is a preview of the tier loot without the tiers. adepts are tier 3 in the new system. and any tier can roll with a shiny so your just gonna complain theres 5 tiers of shinys instead of 2?
