Hi there, Thanks for reporting this. Could you try making some space in your inventory for rewards and then do as viiTactiiCZz suggested? If that doesn't work, though, please try to capture a video that demonstrates the issue, including footage of your quest log for First Exorcism and you being unable to access/open the chest. Once you have some footage, you can upload it to a public video hosting site like YouTube, and we'll be sure to take a look.
