a couple of bugged quests both in quest tab and destinations: Packed Lunch (doing bentobox quests from Drifter to recieve chatterwhite shader) - quest was limited time from last episode and cannot be completed anymore. Luna's Calling (quest to look for Eris Morne's lost fireteam) - quest is part of Shadowkeep and cannot be acquired but is still shown in Moon map
