While signing up for Marathon Alpha, my character was overridden
While signing up for the Marathon Alpha, I was prompted to link my steam account and bungie.net not knowing the ramifications of this for cross-save. Recently I'd spent 80+ hours in D2 with the dlc all being 45$ and my friends playing the game again, and lost access to my character as a result of the account linking. I had previously played d1 on psn, and f2p d2 on this bungie.net so that is the data that was automatically chosen as accessible rather than my recent playtime character.
I am locked out of disabling cross-save for 82 days because i had made purchases on my steam account (the one that is inaccessible now).
Is there anyway I can gain access to my character without waiting 82 days? I tried to search for somewhere I could send a form but they only had specific forms that don't apply

2 回复Nothing was “automatically chosen” when you went through the cross save setup (which you didn’t need to do simply to have potential marathon alpha access). Plus, the cooldown for deactivation of cross save is mandatory & cannot be removed.

Image shows in the character list I can only view the outdated characters, whilst in the disable cross-save screen I can see my Steam character but cannot do anything because of the Error to resolve (unable to unlink due to purchases)
