You have only done it 17 times. You also haven't completed any of the exotic drop chance increase triumphs, so that's why you don't have an increase to it.

I didn't know about triumph thank you so much, anyway my completions are bugged unfortunately. I don't know the exact number but I calculate at least 30 completions

Even if you do have 30 completions, that's still nothing. Come back after hitting 50 or 100.

You cleared Vesper's Host 22 times. So it would be logical to drop for him at 17 clears, since it dropped for you with 22 clears.
