here's the catch. they can easily do that, and should
but veterans would start absolutely slobbering about how bungie has taken away content they paid for, even though none of the battleground strikes are anyone's favorite.
keep JUST ONE of the heist, echo, psiop strikes, and bring back vaulted ones :(

4 回复I don't see why one has to replace the other. I think battlegrounds are overhated, and I honestly enjoy them quite a bit. I'd be sad to see them gone. I wouldn't call any of them my favorite, but other than the savathun projection fights in the psiops battlegrounds they are all pretty far from my least favorite too. I think, overall, it would be better to have both.

I started to get used to the battlegrounds and enjoyed playing them with certain weapons and a tactical approach but last season or whenever they started the banes and absolutely dreadful modifiers in grandmasters I think that strikes became ridiculous in general and every effort they make to add “challenge” has made the game a far less pleasurable and rewarding experience Last season was a last minute scramble to gild conqueror and this season I may not even try. I used to absolutely love just going home and farming GMs for a while, sometimes all night long lol. Now they suck and there’s nothing we can do about it 😢

They can't easily do it most content in the vault ran on an older version and thus would need to be rebuilt from the ground up. Which old strikes really aren't worth the effort when they need to be moving forward with newer content.

1 回复Wish granted, O' Guardian Mine: Battlegrounds are made faster because unvaulted strikes came back with "updated" progress impediments. Enjoy!

3 回复Aside from the savathuun projections taking foooooreeeeeverrrr in the GM version of the psi ops missions. I’m not sure I understand the gripe. Unless you are strictly focused on the fact that they are longer (and therefore take more time) or are upset that they are more difficult than a standard strike, aren’t longer more engaging missions better? If it was a short story mission when it clearly should have been longer, wouldn’t we be upset about it? Like the finale for heresy. If they had just dropped us off at a boss fight and then said mission over it would have been much more efficient obviously. But it would have also sucked.
