Looking at your account in the [url=https://crimson.report/4611686018506632402/4611686018534881365]API[/url] What it looks like has happened is you purchased the annual pass edition and launched the game, at some point after that you then activated cross-save. Due to how the passes work with them being immediately applied rather than a choice they were applied to your (now dormant) Playstation Destiny account rather than your cross-save active profile (Xbox) Head to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]Contact Form: Missing Eververse Item or Add-On Items[/url] at the bottom use 'Submit Request' and fill in the form, provide as much detail as you can about the issue - Bungie will then look into it during business hours. They are fairly good at simply applying the passes to the active cross-save profile during the investigation if its accepted as a mistake.
