We understand you are only able to receive invites from your friends in Destiny 2. This does sound strange to us. The information and troubleshooting they contain may hopefully help you in resolving this.

Hi, Already done all the options from your FAQ, I have my NAT set to open. I think it is something on your side, I have already done everything I could do on my side. And this only started happening this season. Before I could use fireteam finder and get invites from stranger but it doesn't work anymore.

Bleibeidl#0681 I have the same problem ...can t get invites from checkpoint bots The Cross Save Symbol on the char. select screen disapeard since a few. days. On Bungie.net the crossplay status shows active .... Nat is moderate with internal and external set to 3097 I don t know what happend - checkpoint do not work for me since 2-3 weeks...

I got some help from the Travelers Chosen Discord The support mentioned that no messages got through on Twitch: i disabled all Browser Plugins ... It worked - still there is no cross play symbol on the char. switching site...

Yes, I did the same as you before posting here. I'm on the TravelerChosenTeam discord and went through all their troubleshooting and nothing. It was them who told me to open a ticket on Bungie because it seemed to be a rare Cross-Save bug. Truth be told, I had Ps4 characters and when activating cross-save they were nowhere to be seen and I've done the Blizzard.net account transfer back when I wasn't playing Destiny 2 but as I didn't wanna lose all the progress I went through the transfer guide and when I finally went back to Destiny 2 had to start over from 0 because none of my characters were there. And now it's probably something wrong with my account regarding the cross-save, sadly I don't have a Playstation anymore so I can't test there if I can get invites.
