Very simple solution to this

The first 3 are on the way to the founts with the last 2 of those 3 in the founts itself. The next 2 are in the giant room before the subjugator bosses; look off the left staircase at the beginning for both; use your ghost too. Last one is in the small hanging lantern room where your flashlight turns on. It's on a platform above to the left when you enter the room. If you know where they are, speed runners can still do their thing and it won't affect you too badly.

If you ask in the chat most guardians will slow down and even help you find them. Consider teaming up with someone and then you can relax. I know it's not always easy for solo players but it's not hard finding someone to help with easy content. There are also videos available so that you have an idea where they are. There is enough time while others are clearing the room you can grab them. There is only one that has a bit of a puzzle jump. There are so many other issues that have caused frustration for players so this was just the cherry on top. I was fortunate to have a friend that is a mega grinder and he helped me with the quest and it was still a long grind. Good luck with the quest.

Brother have you considered working with peeps who won’t do that via communicating before hand and setting yourself up for a greater position of success with like-minded goals and feelings such as yourself?

Fragments in the Strike really aren't that bad. Four of them are on the main path so you really don't need to deviate that far. As for the two in the Blight room you have plenty of time to grab them while the rest of your team does the objective.

The strike is the easy part.

Got to be fast with getting those fragments.

Unless you really REALLY play it slow. You have more than enough time to collect the 6 fragments before getting pulled.
