All I think it needs is some debuff or damage bonus after breaking a shield woth the matching element. Any more and it would be too much or lose it's identity I think.

Destroying a solar shield with solar causes an solar explosion inflicting scorch Destroying a void with void shield causes an void explosion inflicting volatile Destroying arc shield with arc causes an arc explosion inflicting jolt I think this would be the best choice since rn it gets a 30% buff everytime you inflict or gain a buff/debuff relating to your current element.
