Hey there, only Bungie can reset names - name reversions are not offered, just 'GuardianXXXX' resets.
You can request your name be reset to a Guardian default through a privacy request -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests

They don't offer anything other than a reset to Guardian. New name changes are never given out on request. I've just replied with some other info too, to your reply to the other response, regarding name changes that I think you should have, but have lost due to an issue which Bungie has not commented on yet.
