Just a heads up destabilization rounds can grant volatile rounds and some void exotics can supress and stunn overloads but I do agree it needs some verb help.
Unfortunately just like the void fragment, it requires a kill AND for the AoE to hit something to grant it. If you don't have any other enemies, no anti-barrier. As for the whole thing of destabilizing rounds and exotics, the point is that Void Warlock has no base way of dealing with champs. Again, the fragment that gives volatile rounds requires a grenade kill and suppression grenades, while they do have a base anti-overload, I feel they are basically terrible due to enemy stun time vs cooldown as well as the fact the Overload can usually just teleport out of the AoE unless they are the Taken Overloads.
Oh I know that's why in my reply I siad I agree, void warlock is heavily anti champion weapon reliant. Hopefully when we get that void aspect it have a factor, I just hope its not another freaking turret.
One could argue secant filaments but those are kinda eh... on the bright side at least its not promethium spur but long story short is I agree
For that weapon reliant thing, part of the reason why I hate the champ system. It's restrictive due to only certain weapons on the artifact or specific weapons/perks with most having terrible conditions to proc them or a terrible ammo economy.
