Account recovered
I have just got my Account back via steam which got hacked Saturday night(22/03/2025) but I can't get rid of the Xbox/Microsoft account that the person has linked to my cross save due to 2 reasons.
1. I had purchased silver recently, Which was me at the start of guardian games. So i have to wait 77 days!
2. I don't have there Xbox/Microsoft details.
Would love it if a Bungie rep was looking at this message and could advise/help with this matter or if someone knows a better way to contact Bungie.
I have 10,000 hours in this game and I have been around since D1.
I don't want to be compromised again.
The reason I was hacked was unfortunate as my son clicked on a gift card spam and our accounts are linked.

5 回复Hello there[url=https://tuxydoh.com/images/hi.gif],[/url] In order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.

2 回复I was under the impression that you could not add a new account to a Cross-Save when it is in cooldown for purchasing Silver.
