Checking our system, we can confirm that your Epic account is not linked to your existing Cross Save setup, which is why you're not seeing your PlayStation Active Account's progress on Epic. So, there's no bug; the Epic account is simply not linked to the rest of the setup, even if it appears to be on your end.

Hi again, As mentioned above, we have checked our internal system and confirmed that the Epic account is not linked, even if it appears to be on your end. Therefore, you will need to go through the Cross Save deactivation and reactivation processes, and wait out any mandatory cooldowns, to try to link the account anew. However, as these cooldowns would overlap with the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] scheduled for March 25th, it may be more prudent to leave your setup as is to preserve it and accept that Epic won't be a functional account linked to your setup.

Hi again, We can't speak to what went wrong in the attempted linking process, but the fact remains that for some reason, the link didn't take. Further, because of the unique circumstances regarding the unlinking update, you won't be able to disable and re-enable Cross Save in time to attempt to link the Epic account properly. For that reason, yes, you won't be able to use your Cross Save progress on Epic. That said, you'll still be able to play on Epic, as long as you don't mind using fresh characters.
