Hello. The issue that I am experiencing is that I am unable to open or select events or activities via the Director. I am a console player. I play on PS5. The game starts as usual, and I select which character I want to play as (Titan main). While in orbit I would have to select "View Journey/ Open Director." On my controller, I would have to press the pad in the middle of the controller to select, "Open Director." Upon doing so, a black screen is prompted. I can only see the selector reticle that I use to highlight planets. Also, at the bottom of the screen there are prompts for, "invite friends, menu, friends online, and dismiss." It makes no difference how I select or attempt to get to the director screen to select activities. A black screen is drawn up. This needs to be addressed. It is a major inconvenience and it began before noon on March 19, 2025. This comes during the time of Guardian Games and before this weekends activities and other opportunities.
