Excuse me? You can’t even get the armor unless you been to the lighthouse. You also get red glow for 7 win streak flawless. Could be more though yea.

I can't say for certain if i only got them while on the Trials passage I practiced on first. I think armour drops are as before, from Pinnacles & rank up engrams and they are rarer than weapons but eventually you get the set

Weird per bungie and what others are saying its only from Lighthouse chest and pinnacle challenges or 25% chance on a flawless passage NEW ARMOR >Armor pieces will not be able to be earned from engrams until they have been unlocked, either via Challenges or from the Lighthouse chest rewards. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/heresy_crucible_updates
