Hey there. Keep of Honed Edges has always been a problem, and I think many triumph hunters will know this - a lot of the times, completing it, doesn't actually 'complete' it. People get stuck on 5/6 for the ascendant challenge triumph and it's always that one that is the issue. The common advice is to make sure you leave the activity through the portal while still holding the sword, but I think it's a deeper issue, as the activity has a few different configurations (different start and end points) and maybe only one of them is the one that will count. So, Keep of Honed Edges, yeah. Might take a few goes to get that one to count. Agonarch Abyss, not sure. I don't think I've heard of an issue with that one before.
