Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. To get Spoils from Root of Nightmares, you'll need to do repeated clears of RoN on characters that have already run and completed it in the same week. Otherwise, your first run will only reward you with normal loot drops. Also, note that the secret hidden chests will drop Spoils along with an additional loot drop. However, those chests are limited to one loot drop per character in a given week. We hope this information helps!
