Double perk master worked seasonal weapons need to be a guaranteed drop after every expert Onslaught. I don't know how this isn't a standard already especially after the first iteration of Onslaught. Multiple seasonal weapons, many perks.... You aren't going to break the weapon economy doing this. These runs are at least an hour long with matchmaking and it is a horrible feeling to not feel rewarded after investing this time. I'm sincerely asking you to make this change as soon as possible.
