Hey there, it's due to you making the clan while on the Stadia account, and then setting up cross-save (likely during the Stadia shutdown) and picking PSN as the Active account. So the inactive Stadia account is the one with the founder privileges, those do not get shared across linked profiles. There isn't anything you can do, unfortunately. If the privileges were on Epic for example, you could cancel cross-save and then log into the Epic account which will have then become reactivated. Founder privileges could then be passed to a different account. However even if you cancelled cross-save, Stadia accounts can't be authenticated, so even in that case, the founder account is completely inaccessible. Bungie does not offer clan support, only moderation.
