Champ Seal had been bugged from launch of last Guardian Games this year. The bug was acknowledged and later 'supposedly' fixed, but it was not. Originally, claiming the 4 gilded triumphs did not increase the Gild count. Later after the supposed fix, the gild triumphs were reset to be reclaimed, but "Record Setter" remained incomplete and impossible to claim. Is Bungie aware that this is still an issue??? Has been months now and I'm wondering if this will ever be fixed.
