Some two weeks ago, I posted a bug report about this issue that was marked as resolved in the bug fixes from Oct. 22nd, but I still have this bug for my warlock. The description goes the same: One of my characters is unable to progress past step 2 of the seasonal quest Eliksni Rescue, where I need to create a tonic using the equipment in the Tonic Laboratory due to the interaction prompt not appearing at all. Additionally, the Tonic Brewing Guide quest also cannot progress past step 1, where I must collect the necessary reagent from the nearby shelves. In this case, the prompt to collect said ingredients does appear, but nothing happens once the circular bar fills up. n spite of one of these quests appearing in my postmaster, claiming them seemed to precede the bugs above, blocking me from progressing. Furthermore, this bug only seems to only affect one of my characters (warlock), whereas the other two seem to be working as expected. However, before claiming the quest from my postmaster, I was able to craft the tonics in my warlock and somehow progress the quest.
