Upon completing a quest and returning to Ada-1, she offers 10,000 glimmer. The game will not allow you to accept the glimmer if you are over the old glimmer cap of 250,000 glimmer. Unfortunately do not have any screenshots due to helping a friend out who ran into this problem. They were originally at 331,000 glimmer and I hypothesized they needed to spend it until they fell below the old glimmer threshold of 250,000, which thankfully resolved the issue.
