As in the topic title. I created a new account to get back into the game because I forgot the data for the previous one and I can't change the username on the new account even though I've never changed it. It only displays a message that the name can only be changed once. What's going on? I also can't find a contact email for support anywhere to ask about it. This game and the whole bungie.net platform must be a joke... They're just making life harder for their players.
