on kills***, and weaken and blind is good but you can easily achieve this with a blinding GL if you want to use a better exotic armor look man this is an old exotic, it's not that great or useful, my grenades do everything this does, headshots for sever on strand, nade on solar, void, arc, and stasis we have chill clip for slow or your nades
