There are a total of 7 chests available in the mission presently. 2 encounter chests & 5 secret chests. The week one secret chests are available as well. However you need the 2nd week of chests. So you have the first conflux puzzle and its chests to enable the 2nd conflux at the first Hammer. In the portal at the 2nd conflux you will see 2 portals in this room. Week 1 chest and Week 2 chest. You need to get the week 2 chest here and scan the dead minotaur for NES007 if you grabbed the detector from failsafe in her extra menu. The 2nd conflux puzzles will enable the 3rd conflux just before boss. However do not scan the exo body before doing the conflux. In the 3rd conflux like the 2nd there are 2 portals. Week 1 chest and Week 2 chests for each portal. You need the 2nd week puzzle chest from this for the catalyst to complete. Also that 3rd conflux 2nd week puzzle unlocks the Vex contermands in the mission. You will get a detector for the next time you run the mission to pick up the 7 vex countermands hidden in the mission. Completing that triumph allows you to place a vex countermand in the Helm. Also unlocks Data cubes that stun all the vex for a short period of time including 3 in boss room.
