Charged up mod seems to be bugged causing saved loadout not to load chest pieces which contains them
It seems the charged up mods/artifact perk are bugged. They cost 1 energy even without the artifact perk being enabled, causing the saved preset chest to be invalid since it has the regular 3 energy mod saved.
