I think the issue here is the fact that the post you pointed to doesn't specify that the "mission" [b][b]NEEDS[/b][/b] 2 people to complete it. I think had that been pointed out prior to the release of the mission a some people would've made different decisions regarding their purchase or at least felt they were correctly informed. Either way there still would've been whining.

Yeah it's very vague. I've seen so many people thinking different things. Knowing bungie you're deffo gonna have to already have the item & it's gonna be 1 per xur per account. But I've seen people saying you just have to unlock the mission, you can buy as many as you want, you buy them with ciphers, etc etc Can bungie do anything right

Exotic Class Items on Xûr will cost 41 Strange Coins and will have random rolls . [b][u]The only requirement to get them is to have unlocked the regular acquisition path through the Dual Destiny mission for each character.[/u][/b] If not offered, the alternative is an Exotic Cipher, which will cost 79 Strange Coins and will be limited to one per account. Unlocking the regular acquisition path suggests you just need to do the overthrow stuff to unlock dual destiny, the regular acquisition path. It should have said the only requirement is that you already acquired the item.

They probably also assumed that anyone who has done the mission once knows that you don't have to do all 3 overthrow areas for all 3 characters. I know it's probably strange that they would assume that the people complaining about needing to play a coop mission in a multiplayer game would have some sort of knowledge on how to read.

But it does say 'to acquire the item you just need to unlock the regular acquisition path' it doesn't say 'you have to have already acquired the item'. I do think you need to have the item, this is bungie, & like I said personally I don't care either way, but they can't even get simple wording right. It's not hard

Again it doesn't say to stop at duel destiny is stats to unlock the item via duel destiny on all three chapters. Cause if I said the class Items are thought a door that means on the other side. Why are you not reading the full think, there is zero periods between acquisition path an thought duel destiny. If you have it in collections xur will sell it for you untill then you get nothing from him about it.

I think you're right, I agree, but the fact so many on here think otherwise, shows how bungie messed up the wording. The whole thing is a mess. Is it 1 per week, 1 per character, can you buy them more than once, how rare will he have them, monthly, 6 monthly, weekly Again, I think it's gonna be 1 per account per week, & you need the item unlocked already, & that's all it needed to say, but it doesn't.

Bro it says it in the twid, again wtf. Xûr will be guaranteed to sell Exotic Class items the first week this category is available on August 23, but every week afterwards he will return to his RNG ways, as his will is not his own. Has xur every let you pull the same exotic after you just bought it...no so why start now wtf. An it'll be rng after the first week. Reading comprehension, an my first language isn't even English.

Wouldn't it be the people who don't know how to read that would be the ones who don't have a form of intelligence. Also, it's funny how when someone points out something very simple that everyone else could figure out, the rest have to resort to insults and running away just to not admit they are wrong
