I really do feel sorry for you.
I do have a question,
How does bungie force you to grind anything be it a mission or any other activity?
Please do explain because so far after many years of many players saying they are forced by bungie not one has been able to explain how but just about all have shown they either have issues or are ignorant about the words they use to express themselves.
Edit: I just read you say something about abysmal boredom.
That actually answers my question.
Your question is insanely polemic, and stupid. I am not forced to play Destiny at all. However, I like many people chose to play it. Once of the main foci of Destiny is loot. Exotic loot is the particularly desirable one, since it allows you to craft the most powerful builds with them. Exotic class items happen to offer the possibility to craft some incredibly strong builds - if you get the right one. So in a way, if you want to play Destiny, and play its end game content, and logically want the strongest possible builds for it, there is no way around that exotic class item.
I know, such logic is hard to figure for many people. I am happy to help you out on this one.
Now what Bungie has done is to make it almost impossible to get the roll(s) you desire for that special build with any reasonable time and effort. This more or less invalidates exotic class items for everybody except those who either are willing to spend that much time or are very, very lucky.
Here you have an intelligent, well thought through reply to your incredibly brazen and arrogant post.
You already answered how deluded some can be.
There's no need for more confirmation.
As I said, I feel sorry for those that are completely oblivious why they are complaining.
