Is it still an old shader that Bungie realized was the wrong one? I wonder if Bungie deactivated the reward till they fix it with the correct one.

It doesn't just say disabled or something, it says found exploring the pale heart, so I searched for it and found out I should have gotten it at rank 16 in my ghost!
