Refer to this post If you follow the instructions correctly you can refresh your drops within your bungee account I had the same issue with the emblem salvation

You might have to press the refresh button a few times you can see that I have the emblem. I had the same issues even though it says you're supposed to watch 2 hours I had to watch 4 hours just to appear on my twitch inventory. Lol When you are on the partner reward page which is the link on top of bungie's response of the link I send you what you have to do was you have to refresh it until the bottom of the screen shows the Salvation emblem because those items with dates on it those are your redeem items your emblems. That's what I mean by you might have to hit refresh more than once just to make it popup that's what I had to do.
