Ok before you start posting you bandwidth numbers believing it to be a measure of quality how about some more info? What platform do you play on? Are you on Wifi or Hardwired? If Wifi, how far from your router? Do you live in a city? Suburbs? Rural? What country? Have you done any Portforwarding in your router? Do you know what your NAT type is? If you can answer these then maybe you'll get some help here, also while this game needs a persistent connection to Bungie's account servers they games are not actually played on servers, so blame all you want but the vast majority of us don't get banned for poor connection. Calm down be open to changing something for the better.
