Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, they have long and alterable stories which can be quite fun and interesting, the best part is you can save game and drop the controller at any point.
Fallout 3 feels more apocalyptic and wild, ammo and supplies suffer from attrition, weapons degrade rapidly without maintenance, but the best part is shotguns have almost real range and are a viable weapon unlike how most games portray shotguns...
Already played both. I appreciate the suggestion, but I'd say they're basically the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. New Vegas is best when you have several hours to spare, not when you're rushing to get stuff done in 20 minutes. :p
