Bungie I am still missing the Exotic Ghost Shell, The Tech Witch Shell. I reset my War Table and did not receive the Ghost, but instead I received the Brazen Spark Exotic Ship. This was due to the bug that was fixed with Amanda's quest, however after the fix, there was no deployment of anything to had out Ghosts to those who were affected by the problem. Can I and all those who were affected get given the Tech Witch Shell?
