With Final Shape just a few months away I wanted to start getting a team together for the day one raid. [b][u]What I’m Looking For: [/b][/u] Experienced players who meet some of the following criteria: • Have substantial raiding experience. I don’t think there’s a full clear limit that really matters, but someone who has played the game. • Flawless and low-man experience. I don’t think this tells the full story, but it does show the ability to work well with typical raid teams and smaller groups. • NA/US players. This isn’t a hard rule, but it’s just easier to schedule when we’re in the same region. • Prior day one experience. This has obvious benefits, but isn’t required. • Maturity and patience. I have zero interest in people who are going to get too frustrated and leave or just bring the overall team down.
