To be as brief as possible, I quit the game at around prestige leviathan and came back late season 18. When I came back collections was added and it showed armor and shaders I had collected and could turn into transmogs. Cool feature, I was missing a few things, most I forgot or didn't care about but I didn't have kairos bronze and two base leviathan raid armor peices missing. Now I got kairos thanks to Ada but those two armor peices are still missing. Now you might be like why not make a ticket earlier? I had never heard of them restoring these things and I've mainly only heard bad things about support, till recently a friend of mine had an ornement restored for himself and I figured I'd give it a try. The armor I'm missing in collections is: Vest of the ace-defiant Mask of the fulmimator I've had them, shaded them and worn them in the past prior to collections but it says I've never owned them yet my other peices are in collections.
