This is a feature on all intrinsic anti-champ weapons. If a weapon is naturally able to stun a certain type of champion it will not be able to stun any other type even if the seasonal artifact should allow it to. Examples of these wepons and the champ they can stun are: Erianas Vow - barrier Wishender - barrier Revision Zero - barrier Leviathan Breath - unstoppable Divinity - overload Le Monarque - overload There are more weapons but i cant think of them off the top of my head. If you inspect a weapon and look at the intrinsic perk at the bottom it will say if it can stun a champion. Remember subclass words like supress, blind, jolt, ignite, slow, freeze and so on can also stun certain champion types.
