Hey there!
Sorry you're still having an issue with this Emblem! I went ahead and double-checked in my own game and the Emblem is available for me to re-acquire via Collections. The bug was also deemed fixed two patches ago, which is why it would be removed from the Known Issues List. If you're able to provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing in the game I'd be happy to take a further look into this.

由God编辑： 10/3/2023 9:02:30 PMI made a tweet with all three photos because I wasnt sure how to upload multiple. I hope thats okay 😬 I have it on my warlock for proof, but the emblem doesnt show for me anywhere in the collections for any character. I've looked every reset and hotfix.

For clarity sake, I was able to pick it up/claim it. The issue is that even after claiming and equipping it, it does not show up in my collections, nor is it available at a kiosk for any of my other characters. If this other information is any help- I've uninstalled and reinstalled, on latest updates for everything, I have all expansions/passes. If theres any other info that could be helpful, please dont hesitate to ask for it
