Hello there DangItBread,
Could you please clarify if you're able to reset the Season of the Deep questline and play it from the beginning? It's possible that since you didn't complete it yet, you would still have to do so in order to unlock the Portal again.

I tried adding a screenshot via Imgur, maybe it helps to clarify the issue. https://imgur.com/a/zJztAIi All I can do is abandon the quests from the quest tab, but that does not help. And picking the quests up one after another still won't progress them. And a method on how to completely reset a quest line is new to me. I can try that if you can tell me how.

Hey! :) Any updates on this one? I know you guys have been busy fixing more urgent bugs, but I'd really like to proceed with the seasonal story and I don't really wanna replay everything on another class if I don't have to. Thanks!
