That makes sense! I understand that the transfer date was a one time thing on August 1st, 2017. To clarify a little more, I'm asking about my character from D1 that should have been migrated to D2 via the automatic process but is not there. My confusion is coming from the Account Migration FAQ (https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199871) that says I the account and character was transferred automatically if it met the requirements (level 20 before August 1st 2017, log in using same account on same platform). The FAQ says there's no expiration date for the transfered account/character too, so I guess I expected it to be there since I met the transfer requirements before the transfer date. Hope that makes sense!
