If you don't intend to lower the Heavy Ammo availability in PvP, Bungie... At least make Heavy Ammo more of a double edged Sword. Great Power with Great Risk. I am tired of Guardian XY killing me with Heavy Ammo, respawning. only to get rushed again by the very same guy on a different spot on the map with his remaining Heavy Ammo because the maps are too small and Heavy Ammo being a too big game changer in regular PvP at times.
