For steps 5 & 6 of Darkness in the Light, wins and kills against invaders are not counting for progress. Probably due to old coding back when gambit was split b/w prime and regular gambit. I started these quest years ago and never finished them. They need to be updated for the new Gambit coding. I’ve tried abandoning and starting over on all 3 characters, still doesn’t count progress.
